Wellbeing Course

By the end of the course participants will be able to

  • describe a healthy diet and lifestyle
  • know how to make a healthy green smoothie and understand the benefits of juicing vegetables and fruit
  • manage their stress levels through relaxation techniques including mindfulness and breathing exercises
  • demonstrate the importance of movement in building stamina, core strength, flexibility, agility and balance
  • cook a healthy pasta sauce from scratch
  • prepare a rainbow salad and understand the importance of colour in foods
  • roast 10 different varieties of vegetable
  • create a vision board
  • describe the value of a positive mindset
  • understand a solution-focussed approach to life and set personal goals
